Outreach Case Manager

The Outreach Case Manager position will provide ongoing advocacy and intensive case management to survivors of human trafficking. This position will engage in street outreach in the community and provide services to potential clients at the City courthouse Prostitution Diversion Program. Ongoing trauma informed intensive case management includes coordination with other system and resources to address safety concerns and other needs that arise. This position will participate in committee meetings, assist with developing and facilitate groups and skill classes. Participation in after hour on call rotation is required. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or MSW, and at least 3 years of experience providing direct advocacy and case management services to victims or domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking or other specialized populations. Knowledge of community and system resources. Full-time position w/benefits. Position requires some evening and weekends and on after hour call duties. Community Educator/Prevention Specialist

Trauma Therapist

Master’s Level Therapist needed at a survivor service agency for adolescent/adult victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. The position is full-time and two evenings a week are required. Experience with trauma and/or sexual violence preferred. Competitive salary and benefits. Residential Support Advocate

TurnAround, Inc. is currently seeking qualified Residential Support Advocates to foster a mindful, nurturing and trauma informed environment to shelter residents. The Residential Advocate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the shelter environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Residential Support Advocate will admit and orient women to shelter including distribution and review of shelter packet and completion of exit forms when residents leave shelter; ensure residents adhere to shelter rules; assist and supervise residents in the general housekeeping and maintenance of the shelter; provide conflict resolution and encourage residents to implement a problem-solving model to resolve differences when interacting with each other; provide crisis intervention and emotional support to residents as needed; plan and supervise group outings and activities; promote activities to increase competence with activities of daily living such as cooking, parenting life skills, and independent living skills; answer emergency Helpline as needed; attend staff meetings; maintain communication and provide weekly residence reports to Residential Support Manager; and assist with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have knowledge of intimate partner and sexual violence, skills in crisis intervention and providing direct services to survivors. Prior experience in a Residential Home Setting is preferred. BA in human/social service field required.
