Grants Management Director

The Director will lead TurnAround’s efforts to build and maintain the agency’s government, state, local and private grants. Duties include preparing proposals, developing systems to track performance data, reporting data to funders, and keeping up to date on funder requirements. The Director should have exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented, and capable of making decisions in a dynamic environment while anticipating future needs. Demonstrated experience with grants administration is required. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred with 7 years of experience. PT/Contractual Staff Accountant or CPA

Part-time/Contractual Staff Accountant or CPA will provide support to the Chief Operating Officer with financial and grants management duties including grant reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Duties include budget vs. expense analysis, award vs. expense analysis, payroll journal entries and reconciling time and effort reports. Master’s Degree preferably in Accounting and experience managing grants especially post-award is preferred. Client Support Specialist

Full-time specialist needed to be the primary point of contact for meeting clients basic needs that walk-in or attend drop-in center activities. The Specialist will also screen callers over the phone and do intakes as needed. In addition, the specialist will connect with other service providers and maintain information about other resources to enable clients to remove barriers to self-sufficiency. The specialist will be responsible for keeping necessary supplies on hand to meet client basic needs. They will help with the documentation of the services clients receive and track their progress toward meeting their goals. Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Trauma Therapist

Master’s Level Therapist needed at victim service agency for adolescent/adult victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. Staff Attorney

Full-time Staff Attorney is needed to work for a private nonprofit that works with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and sex trafficking. The attorney will provide legal representation in litigation and advocacy. The attorney will supervise the agency’s legal staff and will collaborate with partner legal agencies. The attorney will be responsible for the management and oversight of the agency’s legal program.Juris Doctor and Admission to the Maryland Bar are required.
