REPORTS TO: Clinical Director
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Trauma Therapist is responsible for providing trauma informed individual and group therapeutic services to support survivors who have experienced sexual violence; adults and adolescents who have experienced intimate partner violence and children who have witnessed IVP as well as supporters. The Trauma Therapist is expected to independently manage a case load (24 clients) to ensure that all clients receive timely services. Therapy will be provided for a period of six months to a year after intake at TurnAround.
HOURS: Position is full-time, standard 9:00am- 5:00pm Mon.- Thurs. 9:00am-4:00pm Fridays, with two evenings (until 8pm)

Job Title: Sexual Assault Case Manager
Summary: The Sexual Assault Case Manager (SA – Case Manager) conducting outreach for human trafficking is responsible for providing direct services and intensive case management to survivors up to the age of 24 that are suspected of being trafficked or identified as being trafficked. The SA – Case Manager will perform these duties following the identified objectives of the Human Trafficking Regional Navigator Grant. The SA – Case Manager will participate in outreach efforts to increase identification of minor and youth human trafficking survivors. The SA – Case Manager will assist clients with accessing internal and external resources, advocacy support, and to engage in programing to promote progress in areas of self-sufficiency. The SA – Case Manager will work with community partners and providers to coordinate services and facilitate connections using a “warm hand off approach” while carrying out TurnAround’s mission.
