What people should expect

When calling our agency and requesting any of our services- clinical, case management, or legal, you will be connected with one of our intake coordinators who will conduct an intake assessment with you. The assessment covers general demographic questions as well as more specific questions regarding what has brought you to seek services with our agency. Our intake coordinators are trained and skilled in utilizing a trauma-informed approach when engaging our callers in this process. Once an assessment is complete, the intake coordinator will schedule an appointment with a clinician or connect the caller with the ARP (Advocacy and Resource Program) manager to receive additional services.
